About Alex:
Hello, I’m Alex! I’ve laid claim to a piece of paradise in Oregon with my amazing husband and two young kids. In the time I carve out for myself outside of work and parenting I enjoy cycling, creating stained glass, and remodeling chunks of our home. I love all things Oregon, especially our food, wine, coffee, and outdoor spaces! Whenever we get the chance, we love a family vacation anywhere near water or with Mickey Mouse.
I have spent most of my career in sales, training, and leadership roles, but found my calling when a mentor (and my first Visionary), gave me the gift of “Traction” by Gino Wickman. My passion is building up my team and removing obstacles so individuals can do their best work and live their EOS® Life. I love the simplicity of the EOS model and what it provides an organization in creating vision and purpose.
As Integrator at Catalyst, I am uniquely positioned to support the Catalyst Internal team, Catalyst Clients, and our Fractional Integrators, but I also get the incredible opportunity to learn daily from a team of Badass Integrators who are truly expert at what they do.
