It has been several months in the making, lots of hours googling and time spent planning mood boards on Pinterest, but our new brand is finally here!!
Meet C A T A L Y S T Integrators!
Once it hit me – it hit me. I was searching for a deeper meaning, but also wanted to pick a name and brand identity that better stood for what we represent. I had a mentor – who is still a dear friend today – once give me the nickname “Butterfly”. He described my transformation in my career and growth as that of a caterpillar to a butterfly. Yeah, I know, obvious one right…but combined with my love of insects and Alice in Wonderland – he nailed it and it stuck! Even some 15 years later he still calls me Butterfly, and it means something to me. In whatever you do, look for the opportunities to put in the work, transform and emerge to something even more beautiful.
The essence of Catalyst is to CONNECT, INTEGRATE and TRANSFORM. These key concepts permeate from each individual on the team all the way up to a company wide scale. This work supports my vision to not only help clients get the most from their businesses, but also provides other Integrators the opportunity to work with fellow badass Integrators and ultimately craft their ideal EOS® lives. We work, learn, laugh, cry and grow together as a team. Did you know, a group of butterflies is officially called a kaleidoscope? Yeah, me neither – kinda cool huh. A kaleidoscope symbolizes anything that changes constantly. What better way to describe growing and changing businesses, teams, environments and the world we live in? We need some strong foundational guidelines and rules to live by to allow all of that creativity to FLY. So, there it is, it all comes full circle and lines up - I love this shit – it all just fits together!
AND...I was able to share some kool-aid and convince some people to join me...muahhahaha (evil laugh). Meet Paulina - she is a badass Integrator and she is also our Integrator at Catalyst! She is my right-hand and I could not have gotten this off the ground without her! She also trusted in me to help her transition to becoming fully fractional and made the leap to live her ideal EOS® life! #winning! We recently added another FI, Stephany Lara to the team – she is young, humble, hungry and smart = our ideal team player! Also, silently in the wings is my husband Jacob, he is my/our biggest supporter and helps me with everything he can from late night walks to talk, to crazy whiteboard sessions, helping with the dogs and making sure I eat every once in a while. And lastly, a shoutout to the multitude of assistants (Niki, Cassie, Jacob, Jen and Dorothy) who support my Visionary moments and help me get shit done while I am working with clients. We are always on the lookout for the next Right Person to join our team!
So, please say HELLO to Catalyst, tell your friends, scream from the top of a mountain, get the t-shirt…it’s going to be one hell of a ride and we are blessed to have you on it with us.
