About Courtney
Hello! I’m Courtney, born and raised in New York with family roots from Ohio. My husband and I welcomed our son Calvin into the world June of 2020 and our daughter Cora in 2023. Life has been a wild, blessed ride ever since. Just north of NYC, we enjoy our little slice of paradise with our toddlers and 70-pound rescue pup who thinks he’s a lapdog. I enjoy having extended family nearby and taking advantage of the hiking and the beach on the sound nearby. I love to travel, which probably stems from my love for learning about cultures and languages. I believe strongly in finding joy in the journey, and bringing optimism and empathy into all relationships.
Professionally, I bring social impact leadership experience from my nonprofit tenure, and now consult with Visionaries and Leadership teams remotely. I have supported and grown several 6 to 8-figure digital and service-based businesses operating on EOS as a fractional Integrator. In that capacity I have been the CEO’s right hand, managed their leadership teams, and successfully led the integration of EOS in the business. I was humbled by the opportunity to train under and be the fractional Integrator for the former Integrator of RocketFuel. I have found my calling. I love what I do, who I work with, and I am excited to help others do the same! My unique ability is helping teams find the root issue to solve it forever, coaching newer Integrators, and bringing clarity to any vision and making it actionable. I believe in radical candor, mutual respect, and transparency in all relationships to build a strong team and Visionary/Integrator duo that can create traction.
