About Jason:
Hi, I’m Jason. I grew up in the lush forests surrounding the beautiful city of Seattle. Now, I reside in the vibrant city of San Antonio with my wonderful wife of 25 years. We have 3 incredible adult children (a daughter with two younger brothers) in their early twenties, who are embracing independence and making their own marks on the world.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked in second-in-command roles, focusing on business operations, strategy, financial performance, process improvement, product development, project management (agile and waterfall) along with data & analytics. I thrive on the challenges and complexities that come with this role, and I am passionate about building leaders, driving efficiency and ensuring the seamless execution of business strategies.
Beyond my professional life, I am an avid sports enthusiast, with a particular love for basketball. Playing in multiple leagues keeps me active and connected to others locally. Additionally, I have a deep affection for strategy board games, both playing and collecting them and I have an affinity for most things geek culture.
Not only do I seek to have an impact through the work I do, but I also seek to serve others. To this end I’ve served in Leadership positions for local chapters covering Data platforms for Microsoft Community, Business Analysis (IIBA) and Agile Project Management (Scrum Alliance). Additionally, I’m a Ramsey Solutions Master Financial Coach helping others gain financial freedom and generational wealth.
To me living my EOS life is balancing a rewarding career with a fulfilling personal life with time to serve. I bring a spirit of collaboration and continuous improvement to everything I do.
