Hi, I’m Katie! I live in St. Louis, MO with my partner, Bryan, and two wonderful boys, Max (10) and Sam (5). Watching and supporting my boys grow and flourish through life lessons has been God’s greatest gift. When I’m not at a ball field (baseball mom here) or working with my amazing clients, you’ll likely find me reading, hiking, traveling, or just being plain active. I’m passionate about my health and wellness both physically and
mentally so that I can continue to elevate myself across all aspects of my life.
I’ve spent most of my career in Corporate America, rising through the ranks in supply chain and operations leadership roles within the CPG industry. I have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and thrive on tackling complex challenges which is fueled by my growth mindset and genuine desire to effect
positive change. About 5 years ago, I boldly left Corporate America to find greater fulfillment and purpose. I joined a new and expanding small business where I was first introduced to EOS and the Visionary/Integrator duo. I have been living my best EOS life since. With experience being an Integrator full-time and fractionally, I’ve had the pleasure of supporting
the exponential growth of many businesses across several industries including professional services, legal, marketing, restaurant, and distribution.
My unique ability is influential leadership. My high energy coupled with my experience-backed confidence allows for Leadership teams to make decisions without fear of failing. I’m passionate about finding the greatness in each individual and empowering them to capitalize on their strengths. I believe in radical candor, mutual respect, and transparency to build a strong team.
