About Nicole:
Hi! I'm Nicole. I am a proud "boy mom" of 2 future leaders and an agile military wife. We've been moving all over this country since 2010, while managing teams remotely. Although originally from Wisconsin (accent guaranteed), I currently call Peachtree City, GA home and enjoy the mild winters and air conditioned summers. I can be found carting all the kids to all the sports, and as a queen of spreadsheets, keeping our full lives on track.
Professionally, I have been operating on EOS® since 2015 as an Integrator and absolutely love it. My unique ability is being an Issue Transformer. I love supporting teams by making issues and opportunities manageable and bite sized to solve, creating space for awesome ideas to bring vision to reality! I am also passionate about team health. With a strong, vulnerable and radically candid team, magic happens in organizations. I've been a 3x EOS® Conference speaker fueled by sharing freely with others on how to leverage tools, strategies and coaching to improve team and V/I health, accountability and results. I also sit on the Board of Directors for the Female Integrator Mastermind as the Director of Marketing.
