We are excited to announce Nicole Mennicke will be joining the Catalyst Integrators™ dream team as a Fractional Integrator!
Nicole has been a kick ass Integrator for 7 years at Rocket Clicks, where she fully leaned into the power of operating on EOS® and built an incredible team all committed to the same. As time went on this fire for EOS® and creating healthy leadership teams grew and Nicole realized she wanted to expand her reach and support other businesses as they grow and thrive under the EOS® operating system.
Working together with a whole lot of trust and vulnerability, together Nicole and her Visionary envisioned a role to continue to impact the Rocket Clicks team in the way she does best and purely sit in the Integrator seat by putting all the right people in the right seats to take on her day to day operations roles. This has created space for Nicole to explore working fractionally for other hungry Visionaries and leadership teams.
As an Integrator, she is committed to supporting teams by making issues and opportunities manageable and bite sized to easily solve, creating space for awesome ideas to bring vision a to reality! If you have gotten the pleasure of hearing her speak, she is passionate about team health - both collectively and for the impact of a strong Visionary/Integrator relationship on teams. She is fueled by sharing freely with others on how to leverage tools, strategies and coaching to improve team and V/I health, accountability and results.
Nicole is everything Catalyst stands for - she deeply cares about the people she works with, finds ways to continuously provide value, and has a non-stop focus on growth!

Why Fractional?
”The more I learned about the Fractional experience the more I was drawn to it! Part of my personal vision is to help leadership teams be healthier, more vulnerable versions of themselves while still getting things done and having fun. I was experiencing this with my own team, and realized I could impact other companies in the same way. Going fractional was that vehicle!”
Why Catalyst?
”As I started to explore my options I experienced this uncomfortable duality. I was looking for more freedom of time and control of schedule, but also knew that I didn't want to be on an island and do it alone. I thrive in a team of people that are pushing towards the same goal. I get energy from abundant minded people who love to freely share and truly care about your growth."
The moment I talked with Jamie, I realized that Catalyst was the perfect fit for me. They celebrate each and every one of their Integrators when they live their EOS Life and also create ample space for COMMUNITY. What are you most excited about?
”I’ve been operating on EOS for almost 8 years now, and although I am committed to the purity of the system, I also realize that there are ways to look at the exact same application differently. I am excited to both learn from the companies I partner with as well as bring the valuable tools, strategies to help them overcome obstacles and grow their businesses!”
